We collect the information you voluntarily give us so that a licensed broker can quote you health coverage. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it to lead brokers. If you stop wanting to hear from us, tell us and we'll stop.
When you submit the quote form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, who in your household needs coverage, the ages of those people, and anything you choose to write in the notes field.
The ages and household composition are collected because health insurance is priced on them — a quote is not possible without them. Please do not submit diagnoses, medications, or other detailed medical information through the web form; if that information is relevant to your options, we'll discuss it directly.
We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, and device type. This is aggregate traffic measurement and is not tied to your quote submission.
To contact you about your request, to prepare quotes, and where you choose to proceed, to submit an application to an insurance carrier or marketplace on your behalf. That's the whole list.
Insurance carriers and government marketplaces, but only when you have asked us to submit an application or obtain a formal quote on your behalf. Service providers who help us operate — scheduling, email, and hosting — and only to the extent needed to do that work. And where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request or state Department of Insurance inquiry.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lead aggregators or third-party marketers. If you have filled out a quote form on an insurance site before and been called by eight different agents within the hour, that is what selling leads looks like, and it is not what happens here.
Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you about coverage. It is not consent to ongoing marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message, emailing us, or calling. We'll honor it.
If you become a client, we retain records for as long as required by insurance recordkeeping rules in your state, which is generally several years past the end of the policy. If you don't become a client, tell us and we'll delete your information.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some states — including California, Colorado, Virginia, Texas, and others among the states we serve — give residents specific statutory rights over their personal data. We'll honor those requests regardless of which state you live in. Email rohrhealthyllc@gmail.com and say what you want.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — which is the honest answer, and the reason we ask you not to send detailed medical records through a web form.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Parents may of course include their children's ages when requesting family coverage.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
