Licensing & Credentials

Licensed, verifiable, and on the record.

Cavin Rohr is a licensed insurance producer operating under National Producer Number 21388659, appointed in 29 states.

Verify this license yourself

You should never take a broker's word for their own credentials — including mine. Every licensed insurance producer in the United States has a National Producer Number issued through the National Insurance Producer Registry, and anyone can look it up.

You can also verify licensure directly with the Department of Insurance in your own state. Every state maintains a public producer lookup, and each one will confirm whether a producer is authorized to sell in that state.

States where Cavin is licensed

Licensing determines who a broker may legally advise, and it is state by state. If your state is not on this list, reach out anyway — the list grows, and I would rather refer you to someone good than leave you without an answer.

Five states have a detailed guide of their own — Florida, Texas, Georgia, Colorado, and Michigan — covering that state's 2026 rate changes, enrollment platform, Medicaid status, and short-term plan rules. The linked state names below go there.

Two columns here matter more than most people realize. Marketplace tells you whether your state runs its own health insurance exchange or uses the federal healthcare.gov platform — which affects your enrollment deadlines and where you apply. Medicaid expansion affects what is available to lower-income households; in non-expansion states there is a coverage gap where people earn too much for Medicaid but too little for Marketplace subsidies.

Marketplace type reflects CMS designations for plan year 2026. Medicaid expansion status per KFF. Both can change; if you are making a decision based on either, confirm the current status for your state or ask me to check it with you.

How to confirm you're dealing with the real Rohr Health Advisors

There are other websites on the internet whose domain names closely resemble ours. They are not affiliated with Rohr Health Advisors LLC, they are not operated by me, and any information you submit through them does not reach me.

I'm not going to speculate about why they exist. What I can do is tell you exactly how to verify you're in the right place, because in an industry where people hand over their income, their health history, and their family's information, that verification should be easy.

This is the only website I operate:

If a site carries a different phone number, a different email domain, or a different business address than the ones above, it isn't mine — regardless of what the page title says.

Three ways to check any insurance broker, including me

This applies well beyond my own business. If you ever submitted your information to what you thought was my site and then heard from someone else, I'd genuinely like to know — email or call me directly using the details above.

How I'm paid

I am compensated by the insurance carrier when you enroll, not by you. There is no broker fee, no consulting charge, and no markup — a plan costs exactly the same whether you enroll through me, directly with the carrier, or on healthcare.gov. This is worth stating plainly, because "free" in financial services usually isn't.

What that arrangement does mean is that I have an incentive for you to enroll in something. What it does not mean is that I have an incentive to steer you toward any particular carrier — I am independent and not captive to one company. If the honest answer is that you should stay on your employer plan, or that a competitor's product fits you better, that is what I will tell you.

What this page is not

Nothing here is an offer of insurance or a guarantee of coverage. Plan availability, pricing, and eligibility depend on your state, your household, your income, and the carrier's underwriting. Nothing on this site should be taken as legal, tax, or medical advice.
